I ask my parents to keep a list on their Notes app of the meals that they enjoy (mostly these are delivery meals, pre-packaged meals that were purchased from a local meal delivery company or at the grocery store through Instacart). Then, when I build their weekly Instacart order over the phone with them, I ask what is on their 'Favorites' list and we work on the easiest way to either recreate that meal or order it again, but I try to implement something healthy and fresh into it.
