What security measures do you have in place to protect my privacy?
Your privacy is important to us. We use industry standard technologies for authentication and managing accounts. All questions asked are anonymous and rephrased to remove identifying information by our Sandwich AI. Any comments you make will be attributed with the first name, last initial associated with your account. Curious about the details? Take a look at our privacy policy.
What informs the AI-generated response to my question?
Our Sandwich AI uses OpenAI to generate answers to caregiver questions. We’ve created an evergrowing set of curated caregiving resources which the AI includes when it’s relevant to do so, this includes best practices from the National Council on Aging, Caregiver Action Network, and other trusted organizations. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or inappropriate response from the Sandwich Club AI?
