What is the Sandwich Club?

The Sandwich Club is a digital membership designed to help caregivers lighten their load. Unlike existing search tools, The Sandwich Club platform answers care-related questions by pairing our specialized AI with a community of caregivers providing tips and ideas from their lived experience. Our goal is to bring caregivers together to support each other on all the topics important to you across the care experience. No question is too big or too small.

What kinds of questions can I ask on the Sandwich Club?

All of your burning questions about care! The Sandwich Club is your go-to resource for caring for kids, aging parents, friends and loved ones.

What security measures do you have in place to protect my sensitive information?

Your data will be kept private. All questions posed are anonymous, and our Sandwich AI will rephrase your question to remove identifying information. Any comments you make will be attributed with the first name, last initial associated with your account.

What informs the AI-generated response to my question?

Our Sandwich AI uses OpenAI’s models. But is trained on a multitude of resources curated by our team. This includes best practices from The Mayo Clinic, Nerdwallet and other trusted organizations. It also continues to learn with every question and resource shared by you and other members of our community.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or inappropriate response from the Sandwich AI?
