I have just been learning about self care with care giving. I did not know anything about it! My spouse is a veteran and the Redcross and the veterans website has options of getting myself self care. They have a journaling class, breathing, qigong, yoga, etc.... NAMI from Cleveland has a wonderful group also. I thought I just had to deal with it and lose my mind! lol
